City Memphis State TN Comments: JD you are silly!!!!!! Thanks for giving me and my family the laughter we needed tonight. We were sitting right behind the couple that came in late and you were picking on the man all night - to watch his response to you was so funny!!!!!! We really enjoyed the show. I pray many blessings and safety upon you and your crew for the rest of this tour. It was good to see all the actors (Tell Christopher Hi for me - he still looks good); Ali Woodson...... I love hearing him sing. Everyone was good but you.... all I can say is I can't wait to see your show on cable in 2010. Looking forward to The Clean Up Woman 2.
City Memphis State TN Comments: Last week & this week have been kind of hard on my family and I. The 15th marked a year that my big sister/sidekick/best friend left us. Sunday, the 18th a first cousin on my dad's side died of cancer, and on the 21st a first cousin on my mom's side died from battling a sickness. I thank God when I saw Jackee Harris on a talk show talking about the play I decided I would treat my brother to it for his early birthday present. Then I asked my sister if she wanted to treat her son for his birthday present, THEN my niece wanted to take her boyfriend for his birthday present so now I'm coming with 4 people. We are all excited and can't wait to see it. They haven't seen a preview about it, but are taking my word which is only what I know Jackee to say on TV and my visit to your website. Laughter is good for the soul and I need it right now- can't wait. You'll hear from me again after I see the play.
City Meridian State MS Comments: I had a great time at the play. I had never been to a live stage play outside of high school or college. I LOVED how everything flowed even after the "Commercial Break". It was amazing how the cast started back with there lines after talking about the lady with the camera. I feel that we have to stick together and support each other. meaning that I'm sure that there DVDs for sale.

I could just sit and listen at the singing part of the play for hours and not get tired. You chose a dynamic stage crew and they did an award winning job. City Kansas City State MO Comments: Your play is scheduled for Kansas City at the end of October. I have my tickets and I'm excited about seeing my first play by you. When you were on The Steve Harvey Show you said we could enter a contest to write in 200 words or less if we have questions about being a playwright. The selected winner would have the opportunity to meet you. Did this contest pertain to each city you tour? I have the day off on Friday, October 30th for the Kansas City Show. I am an aspiring playwright and would like to know the initial steps it to takes to produce a play, select the cast and best locations. Is an agent needed? Any advice you have is greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing you and the cast soon!!
City Brooklyn State NY Comments: Great show! Was at the 3 pm Oct.18 show at the Beacon. Many technical difficulties, but that only called from more humor. Chris Williams and JD Lawrence improvised. The ad-libbing was hilarious! God has great plans for JD!
